Imagine – you are planning a beach trip with all of your friends – you picture a beach front home with a pool, hot tub, enough bedrooms for 10 of your closest friends, a putting green, and all the beach supplies you could ever need … now, imagine two of those homes sitting side by side. Now you can bring 20 of your closest friends (and family, if your family is lucky).
In my latest collaboration with Sea Scape Properties we had the pleasure of testing out both homes for you, so you can be assured that your friends and family will be just as satisfied as you are with using those vacation days.

Today I bring to you Beachfront Memories (pictured left) and Bluewater Villa (pictured right). Both homes are located in North Topsail and are steps from the ocean. Each home has a personal (heated) pool, hot tub, putting green, ample parking, a ton of beach chairs and towels, kayaks, bikes, private beach access, and unobstructed ocean views and intercoastal waterway views. THEY ARE ALSO PET FRIENDLY – you know we take our dogs everywhere – it’s pretty much guaranteed that if I am showing you a property on here, it’s pet friendly.
The homes are both fully stocked with beach supplies and any and all necessity you may need (toiletries, cooking supplies, extra bedding, pet supplies, high-chairs and baby gates – you name it.)
Unique features to each property
- While both homes have kayaks and stand up paddle boards, Beachfront Memories has a dock that allows you to drop right into the Intercoastal Waterway.
- Unique to Bluewater Villa are the e-bikes that were available to use on site – such a cool way to get around Topsail Island.
I would give both homes a 10/10 rating, and a bonus is that it’s really easy to book both simultaneously, as they have a shared owner! Just reach out directly to Sea Scape Properties to inquire.
Here are a few photos of how much of a blast we had at the homes themselves.

So how did we spend our time?
Well….. mostly at the beach

But we also had Topsail Steamer whip us up an incredible dinner to celebrate Adam’s 42nd birthday (and a cake courtesy of Publix, haha). In case you’re wondering, we ordered The Full Steamer (Low Tider) with extra corn and potatoes and 2 lobster tails. They were absolute gems of humans and gave us the most delicious key lime pie we’ve ever had.

We also lucked out and the incredible Chelsea Allegra Photography had an opening and captured some epic family photos for us (see the rest of the gallery here)!

Some beyond honorable mentions:
- We met up with some local friends at Shaka Taco in Hampstead and they had the most epic space for kids. We had great food and drinks while the kids went wild in a super safe and kid-friendly space with LOTS of toys (outside). Live music had the whole family dancing. 10/10 would go back 100%.
- We got Smash Burgers more than once at one of our favorite local spots Surf City Smash – so yum. I’m drooling.
- We did a little shopping at 50 South Surf Shop, a favorite of Adam’s – he picked up some great hats for the kids this visit.
